Q: Does The RedX offer the highest quality leads at the lowest cost?

A:
Yes, according to our research. Because of our experience and through our extensive use of technology, we are able to produce the highest quality leads, while at the same time, lowering our internal operational costs. As a result, you save big with The RedX.


Q: Does your service operate through E-MAIL?

A:
No. Rather than waiting, we provide you with a contact/listing manager, the RolEDXTM, which resides on your computer and automatically locates owner contact information for all of your expired, withdrawn, and cancelled listings. Using this delivery method, you always have real-time access to the most current expired listings available!


Q: Does The RedX do anything to help its customers understand which phone numbers are on the U.S. National Do Not Call Registry?

A:
Yes. As a service to our customers, all phone numbers are compared against the U.S. "Do Not Call Registry" database. If a match is found, the phone number will be indicated as being a part of the Do Not Call Registry. For more information about the U.S. Do Not Call Registry see U.S. Do Not Call Registry.
  

Q: May I install the Roledx Lead Management software on more than one computer?

A:
Yes


Q: Can I synchronize the information in the Roledx on two computers?

A:
You can only synchronize the Roledx on two computers. You need to edit one Roledx at a time.


Q: What is the minimum speed requirement for my computer to run the Roledx?

A:
We recommend at least a 800 Mhz processor (1 Ghz = 1000 Mhz) and at least 512 MB of RAM. To find out the specs on your computer, right-click on "My Computer" then click on "Properties."


Q: What version of Windows do I need in order to run the Roledx?

A:
You must have at least Windows 98, we recommend Windows 2000 or later.


Q: Can I run the Roledx on a Mac?

A:
The RolEDX does not work with Mac OS. However, if you have an emulator, virtualization, or are running Windows on your Mac, the RolEDX works well.


Q: Does the RolEDX support handheld devices?

A:
No. However the RolEDX does export a spreadsheet compatible with most handheld office suites.


Q: Can I use my own call scripts?

A:
Yes, the RolEDX will allow you to create and edit your scripts.


Q: What types of files can I import into the Roledx?

A:
The Roledx can import files that come from your MLS and files that come from our FSBO providers. The Roledx cannot import any other types of files at this time.


Q: How many listings can the Roledx hold?

A:
We recommend holding no more then 3,000 listings in your database. Storing more then 3000 listings can result in the program running more slowly.
 

 
Q: Can I have the RolEDX separate the listings by what day they came in?

A:
Yes. Click on "View"ť, then "Auto Organizeť," then "Most Recent First."ť

Q: Doesn't my MLS provide me with a list of expired listings? Why would I need your service?

A:
Great question! Yes, your MLS does provide you with a list of expired listings. However, what they don't provide you with is accurate contact information for the owner of the property. Either the MLS or the Real Estate agent that was previously representing that listing will remove the owner's name and phone number from the listing before it expires. This creates a time consuming and frustrating task for agents desiring to generate new listings from expired listings, forcing them to research each expired listing to enable them to contact the owner. Our service researches owner information so you don't have to. Saving you time and money!

Q: Does your expired service compare against the "DO NOT CALL" list?

Our service includes a contact/listing manager called the RolEDXTM. With this program, you can import all your MLS and FSBO and other real estate leads, and have them compared automatically with the most current national "Do Not Call" list.


Q: Why should I work expired listings?

A:
As you know, expired listings are RED HOT leads! However, these leads can take time to get the needed information to harvest them. We offer the RolEDXTM and our expired listing lead research so you can spend your time selling not searching.


Q: I am a member of two MLSs. Can I import listings from both into the Roledx Lead Management software?

A:
Yes. First you need to call us and add the second MLS to your account. Each additional MLS is $20 extra per month.
 

Q: Does the RolEDX lookup information for the surrounding area of an expired property?

A
: No
  

Q: Do I have to delete my active, pending, or sold listings myself? Can't the RolEDX do this for me?

A:
The RolEDX has an automatic listing cleanup feature.


Q: Can I get my FSBO lists with my Expired lists?

A:
Yes, you can! The RedX provides a FSBO service that delivers FSBOs directly to your RolEDX Leads Manager. Also, "For Sale By Owner" leads that are emailed by other companies can be imported into the RolEDX.
 
 
Q: What is the difference between The RedX and competitors?

A:
Our biggest 'competitor' are those people who continue to spend their valuable time looking/farming for leads rather than working leads and working intelligently. Compared to other national services, The RedX specializes in delivering the highest quality FSBO leads at a lower price. Q: What is the source of your For Sale By Owner leads?

A:
We scan and search newspapers, magazines, websites, and various other public sources FSBO postings. In fact, we consult with real estate professionals in each area to determine the best information sources so we can provide the best quality and maximum quantity of leads for the lowest price.
 

Q: How current are the leads you provide?

A:
Usually same day posted! Daily we scan and search all current 'For Sale By Owner' ads, 7 days a week. We know how important it is to you that the leads are 'fresh' and delivered quickly. The RedX collects and delivers ads the same day.


Q: How often do you deliver the leads?

A:
Monday-Saturday. We send leads the same day they are posted! (Sunday leads are sent on Monday.)
  

Q: How accurate are your leads?

A:
99.99% accurate. We obtain our leads from public sources and deliver them to you as they are advertised. We make little to no changes to the ads. If there are any inaccuracies it typically originates from the source, such as the property seller or newspaper. In the case of a 'wrong' phone number from a reverse directory search, again, the source of the error typically originates from 'old or inaccurate' data from the directory providers.
  

Q: How do you screen out 'blind ads'?

A:
The 'blind ad' is one that does not identify the broker or agent placing the ad. The RedX has a system of tracking and eliminating most blind ads. However, because there is no way to determine the source of all blind ads, we cannot catch them all.


Q: What FSBO providers are compatible with your service?

A:
The RedX offers an excellent FSBO service that will deliver up-to-date FSBOs daily to your RolEDX. The RolEDX is also compatible with the following FSBO providers:

Q: How do I import my FSBO listings into the Roledx?

A:
First, make sure your FSBO provider is on our list of compatible providers. Second, make sure your provider emails you the listings in an attachment. Once you receive the listings in an attachment, save the attachment to your desktop. Open the Roledx. The Import Wizard on the right should automatically detect the file. Click "Yes, import this file." Your FSBO listings will then be imported into the FSBO folder.
